Badge Collection:

Badge collection is open from Friday, September 20, 2024, at 13:00 onwards in the registration area. Delegates will be required to take the following steps:

Step 1: Sign in on the laptops, validate their details and print out their name badge with barcode

Step 2: Head towards the welcome kit collection point to pick up their kit

Attendees will receive their name badge, which includes the bar code necessary to receive CME credit, program, conference bag and other information upon arrival and check-in at the registration desk.

Cancellations, Refunds and No-shows:

Cancellations are not possible, and all payments made are non-refundable. If a delegate wishes to cancel their registration, a name amendment is the only option available.

Cancellations received less than two months prior to the event date are not eligible for refunds, as materials for each registrant have already been prepared. No refunds will be issued for no-shows.

Lumina reserves the right to modify or cancel any or all activities associated with this meeting due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of an unexpected meeting cancellation, the registration fee, less a processing charge, will be refunded to each registrant.

Onsite Registration:

If you cannot register online, onsite registration is available and open on Thursday, September 19, 2024 at 07:30 in the registration area. Kindly note that fees will be higher as compared to online.

Group Registration:

Companies that would like to purchase a group of delegates passes attending the conference may do so by using the special group registration fee. For information on group registration please contact bkadara@lumina.ae A group consists of a minimum of 10 persons will be provided with a 10% discount.

Bank Transfer Payment:

Online Registration payments can also be done by direct bank transfer. By choosing bank transfer option at the online payment portal gateway and follow the instructions. Please see below our bank details to arrange the necessary transfer. Please note that the exchange rate of AED/USD is 3.68 AED per UAE when conducting the transfer.
